La Mia Passione
My name is James Vincent Gennarelli and my passion is cooking and baking. I've been brought up in an Italian household with parents and grandparents that were and are excellent cooks. My father was raised in the kitchen of a family Italian restaurant and instilled in myself, my sister, and brother the importance of food, nutrition and the coming together of friends and family through great food.
I've traveled to many corners of the world and have sought out many types of foods and restaurants that have shaped my palate and style of cooking. Many times I've traveled to Canada, all corners of the United States, Mexico, England, France, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Austria and two months in Italy with culmination of my culinary arts experience. It each of my travels I've had the opportunity to experience excellent foods, culinary creativity and a broad range of spices and flavorings that has helped to shape how I see foods and how the ultimate flavors are combined for the most excellent flavor
experience.
Following my externship it is my dream to work with great chefs in high-end restaurants and continue to learn from the best.
